    Before sales

    • Management prior to sale (checking entries in your area, reservations on the carriers which deliver, computerized registration of lots).
    • Preparing lots for the same sale and direct delivery in the room by any other carrier
    • Loading using a computer listing and resuming the reservations (listing follows the truck and is given entry into the room).

    After-sales

    • Managing entry of objects purchased by your clients. We can manage transportation or you can select your carrier.
    • After a grace period defined together, we directly collect the storage fees from your clients.
    • Customer Relationship Management: within 3 days of receipt of the objects, we send a mail (to the address provided by you) to confirm that the object is in our warehouse and share information about the grace period. Reminder letter is sent after 15 days in case of no response.
